Age Limit: Candidates age should not more than 37 years for Post 1, 34 years for Post 2 and 30 years for Post 3 as on 04-03-2014. Age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST/ PWD-General, 03 years for OBC, 08 years for PWD-OBC (NCL) and 10 years for PWD-SC/ ST candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Bachelor degree in Engineering in Fire/ Fire & Safety with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates) and have one year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Central/ Regional Labour Institute with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Physical Endurance Test, Group Discussions and/or Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates need to Pay Non-Refundable Rs.200/- for General and OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates (No Fee for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates) by Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn in favour of GAIL (India) Limited payable at New Delhi.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through GAIL website www.gailonline.com from 12-02-2014 by 11.00 hrs to 04-03-2014 by 18.00 hrs. After applying online, candidates are required to download and take print out of application with system generated Unique Registration Number, affix photograph with sign across it and send the application along with attested true copies of date of birth proof, caste certificate in prescribed format, mark sheets, degree, diploma certificates starting from matriculation onwards, NOC from current employer and Demand Draft, in a sealed envelope superscribed with “Application for the Post of “_________” [Post, Regn.No and Category: SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PWD as the case may be] by ordinary post to Sr.Manager (HRD). 2. Click on Careers—> Applying to GAIL—> Current Openings.
3. Select the Post and go to Click here to Apply Online.
4. While applying online, Candidates should have valid e-mail id.
5. Candidates use Internet explorer 6.0 to 9.0 version or Mozilla Firefox 1 & above version.
6. Click on Current Openings and registration, choose the post and if you had already registered then apply else register yourself.
7. After registration, fill all the mandatory details and submit the application form.
8. Then system will generate Unique registration number along with application form.
9. Take print out of application form and send it along with mentioned documents.
